Crystal Therapy

Crystals have been in use for thousands of years, as beautiful adornments for the home and person and for their healing properties. In this modern world chances are you have a crystal near you at this very moment without even realising it.

They are an important component in much of the technology we take for granted (watches, TVs, computers), utilised for their piezoelectric properties.

Crystals have a very organised structure, the crystal lattice, which means their energy is very stable. As humans our energy is easily distorted by our emotions or the environment we live or work in. Using crystals as a healing tool can help bring our bodies subtle energies back into balance.

Crystal Chakra Balance

The seven main chakras of the body manage our energy throughout the day. Put the balance back into your body by using crystals chosen specifically for you.

Thai Reflexology

Thai Reflexology Massage is an ancient technique combining influences of Indian, Chinese and Southeast Asian cultures. The technique spread into Japan over 2000 years ago before being studied by an American Doctor who developed “zone therapy”.

Zone therapy defines ten zones which cut through the body and determine individual links between reflexes and organs. Thai Reflexology works on the basis that certain pressure points on the feet correspond to varying organs within the body, connected by sen lines (similar to acupuncture meridian lines “zones”).

Applying pressure and massaging these points stimulates the circulation to release any build up of toxins and free blocked energy along the sen lines.

An hour long session of divine relaxation for your feet and legs with a mix of massage and reflexology.

Usui Reiki

Usui Shiki Ryoho was pioneered by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist Monk in the
1920s. Many modern Reiki practitioners translate Reiki to mean “Universal Life
Force”, in fact this only translates the “ki” part of reiki, the full translation in
Mikao Usui’s day translated to something completely different, “spiritual
energy” Usui Reiki has four aspects, Healing Practice, Personal Development,
Spiritual Discipline and Mystic order.

An ancient Tibetan Healing Technique that enhances physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual health by channelling spiritual energy to where the body needs it. The
client remains fully clothed and can sit or lie down for this relaxing treatment.

Acupuncture

How Acupuncture works is still a mystery. The Chinese will explain it to you using meridian theory and discuss Qi (chee), Blood, Zang Fu, Yin and Yang.

A medical Dr will explain it via the release of neurotransmitters which in turn affect the body’s own internal homeostatic functions.

Regardless of how it is explained, the one thing they both agree on, is that Acupuncture helps by stimulating the body’s own natural healing mechanism and promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.

Auriculotherapy

Auriculotherapy is based on the premise that the ear has a representation of a human mapped out on it. Varying acu-points on the ear correspond to varying body systems which can be stimulated similarly to the way reflexology works. However, with auriculotherapy the points are activated via the use of tiny needles.
One of the most well known and widely used of auriculotherapy practices is the NADA protocol used for addiction. However, auriculotherapy can be used to treat many other conditions.

Facial Rejuvenation

A natural alternative to Botox, Facial Rejuvination acupuncture involves the insertion of incredibly fine needles into points across the face and neck. Intra-dermal needles are then placed in the areas of concern to the client. This stimulates the body to lay down collagen in these areas thus helping to plump out any lines.
A single treatment takes up to 1.5hrs depending upon the number of needles placed. Once all needles are placed you are left for around 20minutes to relax before the needles are removed and you receive a relaxing facial.
